少数民族公民有序政治参与需要在法律框架下进行,基于少数民族公民有序政治参与的法律需求分析了立法必要性,探讨了立法依据,并就立法创新的内涵进行了阐释,以此为民族地区法制建设提供参考,推进少数民族公民有序政治参与。
The orderly political participation of ethnic minority citizens needs to be carried out under the legal framework. The necessity of legislation is analyzed based on the legal needs of minority citizens’ orderly political participation. The legislative basis is discussed and the connotation of legislative innovation is explained. Regional legal system to provide reference to promote the orderly political participation of ethnic minority citizens.
