将电场指纹法(FSM)的测量结果与超声波测厚法的结果进行了对比,并在集输管道进行了FSM腐蚀监测试验研究。结果显示:FSM测量的管道壁厚与超声波直接测量的管道壁厚具有一致性和可信性。监测范围内的管道大部分部位腐蚀的倾向甚微,不同时期管道的最大腐蚀部位具有随机性,且以管道中下部沟槽状腐蚀最为明显。根据研究结果本文提出了开展腐蚀监测和腐蚀检测工作的建议。
The results of the electric field fingerprint (FSM) measurement and the ultrasonic thickness measurement are compared and the FSM corrosion monitoring test is conducted on the gathering pipelines. The results show that the pipe wall thickness measured by FSM is consistent and credible with the pipe wall thickness measured directly by ultrasonic. Most of the pipelines in the monitoring area have little tendency to corrosion. The largest corrosion site of pipelines in different periods has randomness, and the most obvious groove-shaped corrosion in the middle and lower part of the pipelines is obvious. According to the research results, this paper put forward suggestions for corrosion monitoring and corrosion testing.
