税务专管员是财政工作第一线的人员,他们在财政工作中担负着十分重要的任务。税务专管员既负责征收工商税,也负责国营企业利润的监交工作,国家财政收入90%都要由他们去组织实现。因此,切实做好专管员工作,正确地贯彻执行财政、税收政策,严格控制财源,对于保证国家财政收入,支持社会主义建设事业,具有重要的作用。
