为了提高企业的健康、稳定发展,需要加强企业的纪检工作。在企业中,进行纪检工作,主要以促进企业的党风廉政建设为目的。我国的十七届中央纪委四次会议明确提出,要坚持运用解放思想、与时俱进以及改革创新精神的思想来推动企业的纪检工作。因此,本文通过企业纪检工作的发展现状进行分析,并提出加强企业纪检工作的有效措施,旨在能够促进企业的改革、发展的顺利进行。
In order to improve their health and steady development, they need to strengthen the discipline inspection of enterprises. In enterprises, discipline inspection work, mainly to promote the construction of party conduct and building a clean government for the purpose. The Fourth Session of the 17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of China explicitly proposed that we should adhere to the principle of using emancipation of the mind, advancing with the times and reforming and innovating spirit to promote the discipline inspection of enterprises. Therefore, this paper analyzes the status quo of the development of enterprise discipline inspection work and puts forward effective measures to strengthen the discipline inspection of enterprises so as to promote the smooth progress of the reform and development of enterprises.
