冷冻复型电镜技术对展现各种生物膜结构特点及其在不同分化阶段和不同功能状态下膜结构的变化,具有独特的优越性。国外虽有应用该技术对小鼠甲状腺膜结构的研究,但为数不多,应用于实验性高、低碘小鼠甲状腺肿毛细血管内皮细胞膜结构的研究,国内外尚未见报道。我们在应用超薄切片技术对高低碘小鼠甲状腺肿进行观察的基础上,用该法对内皮细胞膜结构进行了研究,旨在为探究高碘甲状腺肿的发病机理,改善防治措施提供形态学资料。本文用冷冻复型法以透射电镜观察了正常及高、低碘(饲养180、360天)昆明种雄性小鼠甲状腺毛细血管内皮细胞的膜结构。结果发现高低碘的内皮细胞孔(图Ⅱ、Ⅲ)
Cryostreted electron microscopy shows unique features of various biofilm structures and their changes in membrane structure at different stages of differentiation and in different functional states. Although foreign countries have applied this technology to study the thyroid membrane structure of mice, few studies have been reported on the membrane structure of goiter capillary endothelial cells in experimental high and low iodine mice. Based on the observation of goiter in high iodine and low iodine mice using ultrathin section technique, we studied the membrane structure of endothelial cells with the aim of providing morphological information for exploring the pathogenesis of high iodine goiter and improving the prevention and cure measures . In this paper, the frozen complex method was used to observe the membrane structure of thyroid capillary endothelial cells in normal and high iodine (180,360 days) Kunming male mice.
