为了提高40%乙草胺.莠去津悬浮乳剂制剂稳定性,并为实际生产提供依据,本试验以平均粒径和ze-ta电位为判断依据对40%乙草胺.莠去津悬浮乳剂的润湿分散剂进行了筛选,研究了分散剂种类和用量、研磨时间对制剂稳定性的影响,并对制剂的低温、热贮稳定性进行了测定。结果表明:分散剂EH∶分散剂萘磺酸甲醛缩合物=1∶4,复配分散剂总用量为1.5%,研磨时间为1.5h时可以制得平均粒径在1~2μm,悬浮率在90%以上,流动性、稳定性良好的悬浮乳剂。
