本实验将电泳技术引入中成药分析,对九分散(一捻金)中主要成份牵牛子进行检验分析,简述如下:实验部分1 仪器1.1电泳仪:国产DYY—Ⅲ型稳流稳压电泳仪。1.2电泳槽:北京六一仪器厂生产的垂直板式及圆盘式电泳槽。2试剂药品与材料2.1甲叉双丙烯酰胺:上海少云中学校办实验工厂,含量不低于98.5%。2.2丙烯酰胺:上海化学试剂采购供应站分装,含量不低于98.5%。2.3三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris):北京市朝阳门药品分装厂,含量不低于99.08%。
In this experiment, the electrophoresis technology was introduced into the analysis of proprietary Chinese medicines, and the main constituents of the 9-dispersed (Fujin) were tested and analyzed.
