据山东省招远市对40个企业的1000余名青工抽样调查发现:当前,他们有四个方面的忧虑,各级应予重视。 一忧房改价高交不上钱。95%的青工反映,今年国务院将统一进行房改,高价卖房,高价租房,而他们由于参加工作时间短,工资收入低,无资金积蓄,无力购买。有的青工反映说,我们靠企业工资,干一辈子也买不起一套房。国家应视工人实际收入而确定房改方案,建议慎重出台。
