构建和谐的教学环境,在课堂上要充分发扬民主,让学生自主观察,自由地表达自己的思想,并通过动手操作,获得知识,按照自己的思维习惯方式独立思考问题。教师对学生倾注爱心,充分尊重学生的人格,关心学生的发展,师生在教与学中产生和谐的共鸣,既能增进师生之间的情感交流,让学生在融洽的师生关系和活跃的课堂气氛中喜欢数学,从而提高教学效果。
To build a harmonious teaching environment, we must fully promote democracy in the classroom, allow students to observe themselves, express their thoughts freely, and acquire knowledge through hands-on operations and independently think in accordance with their own habits of thinking. The teachers love the students, fully respect the students’ personalities, and care about the students’ development. The teachers and students have a harmonious resonance in teaching and learning. They can both enhance the emotional exchanges between teachers and students and enable the students to have a harmonious teacher-student relationship and activities. Classroom atmosphere like mathematics, thereby improving teaching effectiveness.
