文章对某地铁线路上30m简支箱梁在吊装落梁过程中端头面上出现的较大裂缝进行分析,采用非线性钢筋-混凝土单元建立了有限元模型。通过计算、比较和分析,可以发现有限元计算结果与实际工程情况相符,能准确地找出结构破坏的原因。导致裂缝的主要原因是落梁过程中两侧吊杆的不同步松放导致梁体的扭转,施工过程中荷载偏差系数较大。计算结论和计算方法为同类设计受力分析提供了参考。
In this paper, a large crack in the end face of 30m simply supported box girder on a subway line during the process of dropping and dropping the girder is analyzed, and a nonlinear finite element model of the reinforced concrete unit is established. Through calculation, comparison and analysis, it can be found that the finite element calculation results are consistent with the actual engineering conditions, and the reason of structural failure can be accurately found out. The main reason of the cracks is that the unsynchronized release of the boom on both sides during the falling of the beam leads to the torsion of the beam, and the coefficient of load deviation during construction is relatively large. Computational conclusions and calculation methods provide a reference for stress analysis of similar design.
