目的讨论脑出血对心电图改变的意义。方法分析128例脑出血患者发病后24~48 h内心电图变化。结果脑出血对心电图的影响最常见的是心肌复极异常和心律失常及房室改变。结论心电图的异常随脑血管病情的减轻而好转或消失,对脑血管病情的预后有较大意义。
Objective To discuss the significance of cerebral hemorrhage on ECG changes. Methods The changes of electrocardiogram in 128 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage within 24 ~ 48 h after onset were analyzed. Results The most common effects of cerebral hemorrhage on ECG were myocardial repolarization and arrhythmia and atrioventricular changes. Conclusion Electrocardiogram abnormalities with the alleviation of cerebrovascular disease improved or disappeared, the prognosis of cerebrovascular disease has great significance.
