党中央作出实施西部大开发的战略决策后,我们军区非常重视,把参加和支援西部开发作为践行“三个代表”重要思想的实际行动,列入党委重要议事日程。为把这件大事抓实、好事办好,几年来,我们依托《华北民兵》这个阵地,积极宣传党的政策,把握正确舆论导向;大力开展深度报道,营造良好社会氛围,有力地促进了西部开发和北疆的繁荣稳定。
After the CPC Central Committee made the strategic decision to carry out the large-scale development of the western region, our military region attaches great importance to including the participation in and support for the development of the western region in the important agenda of the party committee as a practical act of practicing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ In order to grasp this important event and to do a good job, in the past few years, we have actively advocated the party’s policy and taken the correct direction of public opinion by relying on the position of “the North China Militia.” We have vigorously conducted in-depth reporting and created a good social atmosphere that effectively promoted the western Development and prosperity of northern Xinjiang.
