The authors have reported that a chloramphenicol (CP), tetracycline (TC), streptomycin (SM), kanamycin (KM), ampicillin (ABPC) 0/129 Vibrio parahaemolyticus ST550. This article demonstrates the conjugate R plasmid of this multidrug-resistant strain. In the conjugate transfer test, Vibrio parahaemolyticus strain ST550 was used as the donor, and E. coli strains were obtained at frequencies of 10 -3, 10 -4, 10 -5, and 10 -7, respectively , Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio agglutinans, and Vibrio alginolyticus, and the binders have similar drug sensitivities and resistances to donors.
