浙江省科学技术厅 近年来,在省委、省政府的领导和高度重视下,浙江省以加快建设高新技术产业园区、积极创建省级高新技术特色产业基地、着力培育发展高新技术企业和科技型中小企业为重点,组织实施高新技术研发及产业化项目,大力推进高新技术产业化进程,取得了明显的成效,主要呈现出以下特点:一是高成长性,高新技术产业成为我省第一经济增长点。二是高渗透性,高新技术产业成为促进传统产业改造提升的动力。三是高竞争力,高新技术产业成为出口创汇的重要生力军。四是高回报性,高新技术产业成为社会资金投资的关注热点。
