为了证明光化学反应导致脑血栓形成时心肌是否有形态学改变,给麻醉大鼠静注Rosebengal(7.5mg/kg)后,用560nm的绿光照射暴露的颅骨,诱导脑血栓形成,探讨血栓性脑缺血时心肌超微结构的改变并作线粒体体视学分析。结果表明,脑血栓形成后心肌形态学改变明显,其组织病理学特征既有别于缺血性坏死又不同于缺血再灌注所致的心肌损伤.脑血栓形成动物的心肌线粒体体视学参数:平均体积、体密度、面数密度及数密度等显示,与内膜有关的参数多为可逆改变,而与外膜相关的参数则不然.是否因脑血栓形成时心肌肌浆网和线粒体ATP酶活性抑制所致,尚待研究.
