目的 :探讨MDM2和 p2 7在下咽癌中的表达与不同的临床病理参数间的关系及其临床意义。 方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 5 9例下咽癌MDM2和 p2 7的表达。 结果 :5 9例下咽癌中MDM 2的高表达率为6 6 .1% ,低表达率为 33.9% ;p2 7的高表达率为 33.9% ,低表达率为 6 6 .1%。MDM 2与p2 7的表达不相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。MDM 2高表达组淋巴结转移率显著高于低表达组 (P <0 .0 1) ;p2 7表达在肿瘤的不同T分级间和不同分化程度间差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。MDM2高表达组生存率显著低于低表达组 (P <0 .0 1) ;p2 7高表达组生存率显著高于低表达组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MDM2和 p2 7的表达参与了下咽癌的发生发展 ,两个指标联合检测可更好地预测下咽癌的预后。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of MDM2 and p27 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma and different clinicopathological parameters and their clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MDM2 and p27 in 59 cases of hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Results: The high expression rate of MDM 2 in 59 cases of hypopharyngeal carcinoma was 66.1%, the low expression rate was 33.9%. The high expression rate of p27 was 33.9% and the low expression rate was 6.6%. MDM 2 and p27 expression was not related (P> 0.05). The rate of lymph node metastasis in MDM 2 overexpression group was significantly higher than that in the low expression group (P <0.01). There was significant difference in the expression of p27 between different T grades and different degree of differentiation (P <0. 0 5). The survival rate of MDM2 overexpression group was significantly lower than that of the low expression group (P <0.01). The survival rate of p2 7 overexpression group was significantly higher than that of the low expression group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of MDM2 and p27 are involved in the development of hypopharyngeal carcinoma. The combined detection of two markers can better predict the prognosis of hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
