强韧化是挖掘材料潜力,提高零件使用寿命的有效方法,过去,重点往往放在结构钢的研究上,对高碳钢的强韧化还没有引起足够的重视。实践证明,不少高碳钢件的损坏形式,不是强度、硬度不足,耐磨性不够,而是由于韧性较差而发生脆性断裂。因此,在保证高碳钢具有一定强度的前提下,尽可能提高韧性,寻求强韧性的最佳配合,显得十分重要。
Toughening is an effective way to excavate the potential of materials and improve the service life of parts. In the past, emphasis was placed on the research of structural steel, and the emphasis on strengthening and toughening of high carbon steel has not been given enough attention. Practice has proved that many forms of high-carbon steel damage, not strength, lack of hardness, wear resistance is not enough, but because of poor toughness and brittle fracture.
