番茄别名西红柿,属茄果类蔬菜。也是我国各地主要栽培蔬菜之一。果实中含有丰富的营养物质,含可溶性糖、有机酸蛋白质、维生素和多种微量元素。可作水果生食、凉拌或糖拌,又可炒菜做汤,还可加工制作番茄汁、酱或罐头等。在栽培及种植管理上,易发生下列主要病害。 一、青枯病 (1)症状:感病植株初期白天萎蔫,早晚恢复正常,3~4天后死亡。病叶萎蔫脱落,茎基部表面粗糙,纵切面茎维束管和髓部变褐,横切面口有污白色粘液,根变褐色腐烂。特别是在果实长至中等大小时普遍发生。病菌借雨水、流水、灌溉传播。高温高湿,久雨或大雨后转睛发病严重。
