在改革开放的新形势下,我们苏州市金闾区为了推动城区工业发展,实施了“优先发展战略”,即在城区上下形成共识,把加快工业经济发展放在“区域经济结构战略”的优先地位,以党的十四大精神为指导,以落实国家产业政策为契机,以市场为导向、科技为主脑、外向为带动、效益为中心,进一步优化产品结构为突破口、完善运作机制为重点,分步实施,逐级到位,推进城区工业跨度调整的中长期总体战略思想。主要措施为:一、把优化产品结构城区工业经济大跨度调整
