语言除了本身具备的交际功能之外,还是重要的文化载体,承载着不同民族的思维、生活方式。要想准确地应用英语这门语言,就必须要深入了解其背后隐藏的文化、风俗、政治等。中学英语教学中培养学生人文素养是语言教学的基本要求,也是素质教育全面发展学生的根本要求。本文在对人文素养内涵及重要性作出简要分析和论述的基础上,重点就中学英语教学中学生人文素养的培养进行了研究。
In addition to its own communicative functions, language is an important carrier of culture that carries the thinking and way of life of different peoples. In order to accurately apply the language of English, it is necessary to gain a deeper understanding of the hidden culture, customs and politics behind it. The cultivation of students’ humanities in English teaching in middle schools is the basic requirement of language teaching and also the fundamental requirement of developing students comprehensively in quality education. Based on a brief analysis and discussion of the connotation and importance of humanistic accomplishment, this paper focuses on the study of the cultivation of humanistic accomplishments in secondary school English teaching.
