“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展”是科学发展观的内容,但理解和贯彻这一科学发展观,应当有辩证观点。首先,贯彻“以人为本”应有辩证观点。“以人为本”是科学发展观的核心,所谓“以人为本”就是指我们在认识世界和改造世界时,要从人的需要出发,并以满足人的需要为归宿。
The “people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development” is the content of the scientific concept of development. However, there should be a dialectical point of view in understanding and implementing this scientific concept of development. First of all, implementing a “people-oriented” should have a dialectical perspective. “People-oriented” is the core of the scientific concept of development.
