如今国家产业结构不断调整和转移,以旅游业为主体的服务业的发展越来越提高到重要的位置,面临这一形势,企业对旅游人才的需求在量、质上提出了很高的要求。旅游业的发展速度很快,产品更新换代日趋频繁,许多新型旅游产品如养生休闲、体育休闲等对旅游人才培养的规格提出更高的要求,带着在新业态、新形势下旅游人才如何在量、质和型上满足地方、企业的发展的要求,如何改革与创新旅游人才培养体系的疑问,本文以合肥财经职业学院为例进行探索与研究。
Nowadays, the industrial structure of our country is continuously adjusted and transferred. The development of the service industry with the tourism as the mainstay is increasingly being raised to an important position. Facing this situation, the demand of the enterprises for tourism talents is very high in quantity and quality . Tourism develops rapidly and products are updated more and more frequently. Many new tourism products, such as health and leisure, sports and leisure, place higher demands on the standards of tourism personnel training. With the new format, Quantity, quality and type to meet the local and enterprise development requirements, how to reform and innovate tourism personnel training system doubt, this article takes Hefei Institute of Finance and Economics as an example to explore and research.
