毛主席教导我们说:『没有革命理论,没有历史知识,没有实际运动的了解,就不能有胜利。』中共中央中南局正是遵循着这一正确的指针,号召我们所有在职干部,在一九五零年里开展学习运动,以便胜利地建设新中南区,这是完全适合时宜的。学习,是一件大事,因为『在国家工作和党工作任何一个部门中,工作人员底政治水准和马列主义觉悟程度愈高,工作本身也愈高,愈有成效,工作结果也愈有效力。』(斯大林);所以我们必须认真地坚持不懈地学习,以提高自己的政冶水准与马列主义的觉悟程度。中南局既规定了我们学习的内容和方法,那末,在一九五零年里我们应该学得些什么呢?我们在学习中应该提出一些什么具体要求呢?
Chairman Mao taught us: “There can be no victory without a revolutionary theory, without historical knowledge and without understanding the actual movement. The Central Party Bureau of the CPC Central Committee follows this correct guideline and calls on all our serving cadres to carry out the study movement in 1950 in order to successfully build the new Central South District. This is entirely appropriate. Studying is a major event because ”the higher the level of politicians and Marxism-Leninists in any part of state work and party work, the higher the work itself, the more effective it is, and the more effective the result of its work." (Stalin); so we must conscientiously persevere in learning to raise the level of our own politics and the awareness of Marxism-Leninism. South Central Bureau not only stipulates the content and method of our study, then what should we learn in 1950? What specific requirements should we make during our studies?
