ｌｅｐｔｉｎ和胰岛素样生长因子 （ＩＧＦ）－Ⅰ是与代谢调节密切相关的激素。感染影响 ｌｅｐｉｎ 和 ＩＧＦ－Ⅰ的生成、代谢及其生物学效应，对于感染状态下机体代谢状态的改变起重要介导作用。本文主要综述有关感染对ｌｅｐｉｎ和ＩＧＦ－Ⅰ影响及其机制的研究进展，并讨论这种影响的代谢意义。
Leptin and insulin-like growth factor (IGF) -I are closely related to the regulation of metabolism of hormones. Infection affects the production, metabolism and biological effects of lepin and IGF-I, and plays an important role in mediating the metabolic status of the body under infection. This review summarizes the research progress on the effects and mechanisms of leptin and IGF-I on the infection, and discusses the metabolic significance of this effect.
