Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system with its high degree of polymorphism has become one of the means to identify the genetic relationship. The use of (ilL) polymorphism to identify the characteristics of parent-child relationship in order to clarify the rearing or criminal responsibility for the judiciary to provide a scientific basis for the correct case. My room application of fine blood cells and HLA typing in the identification of 41 cases of parent-child cases are reported as follows: Materials and methods 1. The case is in 41 cases
