患儿男,9岁,因头痛鼻塞自服市售感冒通(淮南市第五制药厂,批准文号皖卫药字(91-410号)每日2次,每次1片,服2天后患儿突然出现肉眼血尿而入院。患儿体温正常,白细胞总数7.9×10~9/L。中性0.61,淋巴0.36,嗜酸球0.03,血沉17mm/h。尿常规:蛋白(++),红细胞(++++)。肝功能及泌尿系B超均未发现异常。患儿既往体健。诊断:血尿原因待查。入院后对症治疗,停服感冒通,次日肉眼血尿消失。入院第三
