水是人类生产和生活中不可或缺的宝贵资源,是万物生长必不可少的能量来源。但是,由于我国可用水资源量的日益减少,为了满足人们日常生活需要、农业干旱时有充足的水源可用,只有修建水利工程,才能够使水资源得到合理的利用,同时可以有效的防止洪涝灾害的面积扩大,并且合理的进行水源调节与分配工作。水利工程是一个繁琐而重要的建设工程,它修建完成投入使用的同时,需要更多小型工程的建设成功并且进行合理配合使用,才可以发挥其控制和调节地下水域地表水的作用,例如:建坝、堤、水闸、渠道、进水口等等不同类型的水工建筑物。水利工程并不是那么容易就可以建设成功的,其中会有很多不同因素的影响,但是相应的也会有许多解决的措施。因此,本论文主要以工程建设中的影响因素以及对策进行说明。
