自1979年5月以来,我院收治真性红细胞增多症(以下简称真红)4例,其中2例以短暂性脑缺血发作到完全性卒中入院,甚为少见。现报道如下: 例1:女,56岁,左利者,工人,1979年5月28日入院,患者既往健康,三年来渐感头痛,头昏,血压180/100。一周来突然反复发作,左上下肢麻木无力,历时10～30分钟自行好转,每天约发作1～2次。入院前18小时1次发作恢复,且伴说话不清。检查:血压160/108,面、唇、手掌紫红,球结膜充血,无黄疸,表浅淋巴结不大。心肺
