在当今社会,人们对生活的质量要求越来越高,因此,对工程建筑质量的要求也越来越严格。只有在质量上要求严格,工程的整体质量才会得以提高,施工过程对工程的质量起着决定性的作用。其中施工因素主要是指施工的施工人员、设备、材料等,同时还有在对房屋建造的过程中施工单位所用到的施工方案、管理方法等,上述的施工因素均能直接影响到房屋建造的质量。施工单位如果采用了不合理的施工方案,那么就会导致施工工序混乱,施工人员交叉作业,不但降低了施工效率,而且会严重影响工程的质量。若施工管理不到位,施工人员的专业技能不够等,均可能会造成施工中的操作错误,不仅无法保证房屋的质量,而且也无法保障施工人员的人身安全问题。因此,文章探讨了施工因素对房建质量产生的影响,并提出有效的改进措施。
In today’s society, people are increasingly demanding on the quality of life. Therefore, the requirements on the quality of engineering construction are also getting more and more strict. Only in the strict quality requirements, the overall quality of the project will be able to be improved, the construction process on the quality of the project plays a decisive role. The construction factors mainly refers to the construction workers, equipment, materials, etc., as well as construction programs, management methods used by the construction unit during the construction of the houses, and the above construction factors can directly affect the construction of houses quality. If an improper construction scheme is adopted by the construction unit, the construction process will be chaotic and the construction workers will be interlaced, which will not only reduce the construction efficiency but also seriously affect the quality of the project. If the construction management is not in place, the construction workers lack of professional skills, may cause construction errors in the operation, not only can not guarantee the quality of housing, but also can not protect the personal safety of construction workers. Therefore, the article discusses the impact of construction factors on the quality of housing construction and puts forward effective improvement measures.
