继大亚湾核电站(2×900MW)建成营运后,法国的核电制造技术开始引入我国的核电领域。秦山核电站二期工程核岛设备和系统的设计和制造已广泛采纳了“法国压水堆核岛机械设备设计和建造规则”(RCC-M规则)。同时,国内与其配套的专业标准和技术条件也基本以RCC-M规则为蓝本进行转化,以无损检测标准为例,有编制中的“压水堆核电站核岛机械设备在役检查规则”(EJ标准)以及“核电厂核岛机械设备无损检验规范”(EJ标准)等。由于RCC-M规则中还涉及大量支持性标准,如AFNOR NFA系列标准,而这类标准目前尚未全面引进,有些则是早期的而且是法语版,这给RCC-M规则的转化和应用带来诸多不便。
After Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station (2 × 900MW) was put into operation, France’s nuclear power manufacturing technology began to be introduced into China’s nuclear power field. The design and construction of nuclear island equipment and systems for the second phase of the Qinshan Nuclear Power Station project have adopted the RCC-M Rules for the Design and Construction of Mechanical Equipment for French PWR Nuclear Island. At the same time, the domestic and its supporting professional standards and technical conditions are basically based on the RCC-M rules as a blueprint for conversion. Taking the non-destructive testing standard as an example, there are compilation rules of in-service inspection of nuclear island mechanical equipment for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant (EJ Standard) and "nuclear power plant nuclear island machinery and equipment NDT (EJ standard) and so on. As RCC-M rules also involve a large number of supporting standards, such as the AFNOR NFA series of standards, which have not yet been fully introduced, some are early and French version, which brings about the transformation and application of RCC-M rules A lot of inconvenience.
