发展问题与政府制度创新

随着前苏联和中东欧国家指令——控制型经济的崩溃,与此相对的是政府在东亚经济“奇迹”中发挥了重要作用,发达工业国家政府面临财政危机,以及另一些国家陷入解体和混乱之中等重大事件的上演,政府问题成了人们关注的中心。本文则在一般理论的基础上侧重对发展中国家的政府制度变迁的分析,本文的结论是有效的政府制度创新是发展中国家走向繁荣的根本所在。

With the collapse of the command-controlled economy in the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern European countries, the government has played an important role in the “miracle” of East Asian economies. The governments of developed industrial countries are facing a financial crisis, and other countries are collapsing and Confusion and other major events staged, the government issue has become the focus of attention. Based on the general theory, this article focuses on the analysis of the changes of the government system in developing countries. The conclusion of this paper is that the effective innovation of the government system is the fundamental to the prosperity of developing countries.
