患女,21岁,以服苯巴比妥、利眼宁、丙戊酸钠2h 于1991年3月20日11时入院。有“癫痫”病史,服丙戊酸钠治疗。查体:T37℃,P80次/min,R15次/min,BP14/9kPa。深昏迷状态,口唇肢端发绀,瞳孔对光反应迟钝,心肺(-),生理反射减弱,无病理反射,随即呼吸停止,即行口对口人工呼吸,静脉注射可拉明、洛贝林、回苏灵各1支,15min 共2次,仍无自主呼吸,给气管插管,行机械通气并给呼吸兴奋剂、脱水、
