In order to explore the law of noise damage to hearing, to verify the “industrial noise health standards” and to develop noise-based deafness diagnostic criteria to provide a scientific basis. We conducted a survey on steady-state noise workers exposed to 80-105 dB (A), and selected 2583 patients with complete data to conduct clinical hearing analysis. From this group of data, noise workers hearing loss is characterized by the first high-frequency damage, and then affected the middle and low frequency part of the audiometry
