C6136N车床(包括CW6136型)主轴存在严重的渗漏油现象,曾几次因漏油而导致电机处起火。为了避免这种现象的继续发生,我们对渗漏油的部位进行了改进,如图所示。经一年多来使用,效果较好。下面分三方面加以说明。一、主轴箱皮带轮处渗油原结构油从箭头(左图上箭头)方向流出。因为皮带轮2定心孔为花键结构,拉花键时,一般产生孔与壁厚外径同轴(偏心)度差。当润滑油量较多,回油孔一时排不出时,油即随皮带轮右外圆偏心从回转油封配合间隙中
