本文阐述了罗茨真空机组首次在炼油厂的试运情况。通过这次试运,证明罗茨真空泵在高压强领域里可以长期运转。还详细介绍罗茨真空机组的性能、特点,并总结出在石油减压蒸馏装置上取代水蒸汽喷射真空泵后所取得的经济效益。目前,国内几乎所有的炼油厂的减压蒸馏装置上,都习惯采用传统的水蒸汽喷射真空泵作为主要抽空手段。尽管水蒸汽喷射真空泵结构简单,维修量小,运行可靠,但却耗费大量的水蒸汽和冷却水,而获得的真空度却较低,使原油得不到深拨,油品拨出率较低。另外,由于有大量的冷凝水与油汽的凝结液相混合,即浪费了油又严重的造成环境污染。
This article describes the first trial of Roots vacuum unit commissioning at a refinery. Through this trial, proven Roots vacuum pump in the field of high pressure can be long-term operation. Also introduced in detail the performance of Roots vacuum unit, characteristics, and concluded that the vacuum distillation unit to replace the water vapor jet vacuum pump obtained after the economic benefits. At present, almost all the domestic distillation units of the refinery are accustomed to using the traditional water vapor jet vacuum pump as the main means of taking the time. Although the steam jet vacuum pump is simple in structure, small in maintenance and reliable in operation, it consumes a large amount of water vapor and cooling water and achieves a low degree of vacuum so that the crude oil can not be allocated for deep dialing and the oil withdrawal rate is low . In addition, due to the large amount of condensate mixed with the condensate of the oil vapor, oil is wasted and causes serious environmental pollution.
