以前健康的小儿在发病后数分钟、数小时或1天内死亡,称为突然意外死亡。复习文献,引起突然意外死亡的原因也有一定的规律性,某些尚可预先防止。一、以往“健康”小儿的突然意外死亡认为以往“健康”的小儿突然意外死亡的原因是:(一)心血管疾病:冠心病、冠状动脉畸形、急性心肌炎、梗阻性心肌病、QT间期延长综合征、二尖瓣脱垂综合征、颅内出血、精神打击、完全房室传导阻滞;(二)肺部疾病:急性呼吸道阻塞;(三)其他原因:婴儿突然死亡综合征、大量出血、原因不明。小儿和成人相似,突然死亡的原因多数属心脏
