将产权方法应用于社会保障研究,是基于社会保障财产权利在社会保障经济关系中居于重要的地位。本文基于新制度经济学的产权视角,结合中国社会养老保险制度的实际国情,围绕基本养老保险产权制度构建和养老社会保险基金的产权保护进行分析。
Applying the method of property right to the study of social security is based on the fact that the property right of social security occupies an important position in the economic relationship of social security. Based on the property rights of New Institutional Economics and the actual conditions of China’s social pension insurance system, this paper analyzes the construction of the basic pension insurance property rights system and the protection of property rights of old-age social insurance funds.
