本文首先就房地产市场非理性繁荣形成机制以及我国房地产发展现状进行简要的探讨,进而分析房地产市场非理性繁荣可能引起的巨大危害。

This article first briefly discusses the formation mechanism of the irrational boom in the real estate market and the status quo of China’s real estate development, and then analyzes the huge harm that the irrational prosperity of the real estate market may cause.
