物资供应管理工作是整个企业的核心工作,它包括的工作名目非常多,甚至包括成千上万种生产用的物资,所以做好一个企业的物资供应管理工作是每一个企业开展生产工作的前提条件,会在很大程度上影响企业的生产工作。物资供应管理工作一般都是手工工作,不仅繁琐,工作量也非常庞大,在工作中可能出现太多的不确定性因素,这些都会影响其生产速度与质量。在当今计算机飞速发展的时代,将计算机应用到物资供应管理中是本文所要讨论的话题。
Material supply management is the core task of the entire company. It includes a large number of work items, and even includes thousands of kinds of materials for production. Therefore, it is a prerequisite for each company to carry out production work by doing a good job of material supply management for a company.
