在泰国,汉语早已成为基础教育阶段的选修或必修科目,但由于本土汉语教师的缺乏,近几年来泰国对中国对外汉语志愿者的需求量迅速增加,为此数以千计的中国汉语教师志愿者经过层层选拔赴泰进行汉语教学,其中绝大多数是在读本科生和研究生,他们在对泰国汉语教育注入新力量的同时,也因为自身教学经验不足和文化差异造成的诸多障碍等原因导致泰国汉语教育水平没有显著的提高。本文我将结合自身赴泰对外汉语教学的经历,从中泰教育差异、师生关系、志愿者工作等方面分析泰国汉语教师志愿者面临的主要问题,并据此提出改进思路。
In Thailand, Chinese has long been an elective or compulsory subject in basic education. Due to the shortage of native Chinese teachers, however, the demand for volunteers for Chinese as a foreign language in Thailand has increased rapidly in recent years. As a result, thousands of Chinese language teachers volunteer After many layers of selection to go to Thailand for Chinese teaching, most of them are undergraduates and graduate students, they are in the Thai language education into the new force, but also because of their lack of teaching experience and cultural differences caused by many obstacles and other reasons Thai Chinese education did not improve significantly. Based on my experience of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to Thailand, I will analyze the major problems faced by volunteers of Thai Chinese teachers from the perspectives of education differences, teacher-student relationship and volunteer work, and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
