资产管理又是财务管理的重要组成部分,是财务管理中极为关键的内容,与财务管理紧密相连。行政事业单位将资产管理与财务管理相结合,也未尝不是其提升财务管理水平、规范财务行为的有效手段。而且,二者的结合,还助于行政事业单位合理配置资源、有效推动资产使用、提升资产管理的综合水平。本文围绕行政事业单位,以资产与财务管理为背景,试论在当前市场经济环境下,如何进一步加强我国行政事业单位的资产与财务管理能力。
Asset management is an important part of financial management. It is an extremely crucial part in financial management and closely linked with financial management. The combination of asset management and financial management by administrative institutions also serves as an effective measure to enhance financial management and standardize financial behavior. Moreover, the combination of the two also helps administrative agencies to allocate resources rationally, effectively promote the use of assets and enhance the overall level of asset management. Based on the background of asset and financial management, this paper attempts to discuss how to further strengthen the assets and financial management ability of administrative units in our country under the current market economy environment.
