According to the survey results of four seasons in Daya Bay from July 2006 to November 2007, the structures of nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon in the Daya Bay area and their spatial and temporal distribution characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that dissolved organic nitrogen (DIN), dissolved organic nitrogen (PN), active phosphate (PO4-P), dissolved organic phosphorus (POP), particulate phosphorus The average annual contents of PP and SiO3-Si were respectively 4.66μmol / L, 8.54μmol / L, 4.37μmol / L, 0.13μmol / L, 0.14μmol / L, 0.42μmol / L and 13.20 μmol / L. The sea area is dominated by dissolved forms, accounting for 75% of total nitrogen (TN) and PN only accounting for 25%, while dissolved nitrogen is predominantly organic nitrogen, accounting for 49% of TN. DIN is composed of nitric acid Salt (NO3-N) and ammonium salts (NH4-N) dominated. Phosphorus is mostly in the form of particulate matter, accounting for 61% of the total phosphorus (TP), PO4-P and DOP accounted for 19% and 21% of the proportion of TP. The seasonal changes of the proportion of DIN to TN are not obvious, and the seasonal variations of DON and PN to TN are all significant. The N forms of different forms show different spatial distribution patterns in different seasons. The morphological composition of P had no significant difference between spring, autumn and winter. The morphological composition of P in summer was significantly different from that of other seasons, and P in different forms also showed different spatial distribution patterns in different seasons.
