利用测定微生物呼吸耗氧量的方法,从生物氧化程度出发,研究易降解有机物对氯代芳香化合物生物降解性能的影响.结果表明,易降解有机物的存在有利于受试物的降解,生物氧化率的增加值与所投易降解BOD5浓度的关系具有类似米-门公式的形式.易降解有机物的存在对于受试物的影响可通过最大生物氧化率增加值(ΔEmax)和达到最大生物氧化率一半时的BOD5/浓度(Kcb)值的不同来反映.最大可能生物氧化率随受试物含氯量的增高而降低.
The method of measuring the respiratory oxygen demand of microorganisms was used to study the effect of biodegradable organic compounds on the biodegradability of chlorinated aromatic compounds. The results showed that the presence of degradable organic compounds was beneficial to the degradation of the test substance, and the relationship between the added value of biological oxidation rate and the concentration of degraded BOD5 was similar to that of the rice-door formula. The effect of the presence of biodegradable organics on the test substance is reflected by the difference between the maximum biooxidation rate increase (ΔEmax) and the maximum BOD5 / concentration (Kcb) value at which the maximum biooxidation rate is reached. The maximum possible biological oxidation rate decreases with increasing chlorine content of the test substance.
