目的:探究气管镜运用于COPD合并呼吸衰竭病患的临床治疗。方法:对我院2013年1月至2011年1月收治的84例气管镜辅助治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭病患的血气、肺功能指标变化与临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:病患通过气管镜辅助治疗后血气指标与肺功能指标得到显著改善,总有效率高达96%。结论:气管镜运用于COPD合并呼吸衰竭病患能够有效改善病患的临床症状与体征,安全有效的提升临床疗效。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of bronchoscopy in COPD patients with respiratory failure. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the changes of blood gas, lung function and clinical efficacy of 84 cases of bronchoscopy assisted therapy in patients with COPD and respiratory failure from January 2013 to January 2011 in our hospital. Results: The blood gas indexes and pulmonary function indexes were significantly improved after the bronchoscope assisted therapy. The total effective rate was as high as 96%. Conclusion: The use of endotracheal tube in COPD patients with respiratory failure can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, and improve the clinical efficacy safely and effectively.
