辩证唯物主义认为,存在决定意识,而意识又反作用子存在。实践证明,当社会发生变化后,观念的东西并非立即随之变化。中油集团公司重组改制后,非核心企业的经营机制、管理模式、经营战略、服务范围等都发生了深刻的变化,这时首先要解决的是观念的转变问题。大庆石化总厂继1998年石油石化大重组并入中油集团后,不到两年的时间。又进行了重组后的再重组改制。大庆石化总厂迎难而上,以“转变观念、二次创业”主题教育为主线,牢牢把握思想政治工作这条“生命线”,企业发展呈现良好的态势。8月下旬,本刊记者专访了大庆石油化工总厂党委副书记、工会主席、纪委书记郑怀义,相信他们的做法、经验对境况相似的石油石化企业会有很好的借鉴作用。
