科技部日前发布消息指出,国家“863”计划“常见重大疾病全基因组关联分析和药物基因组学研究”重点项目已通过可行性论证,项目计划对精神系统疾病、高血压、糖尿病、肺癌和食管癌5类疾病进行人类基因研究,以揭示这些疾病的遗传病因。该项目有望不久后正式启动。人类疾病基因研究是国际上新的热点之一,此类研究对揭示疾病的易感性、阐明导致疾病发生的遗传基础具有重要意义。
Ministry of Science and Technology recently released news pointed out that the national “863 ” program “common major disease genome-wide association analysis and pharmacogenomics research ” key project has passed the feasibility study, the project plans to mental illness, hypertension, diabetes, Lung Cancer and Esophageal Cancer Category 5 Diseases Human genetic studies are conducted to reveal the genetic causes of these diseases. The project is expected to be officially launched soon. Human disease gene research is one of the new hot spots in the world. Such research is of great significance for revealing the disease susceptibility and elucidating the genetic basis that causes the disease.
