在高中作文教学过程中,应把如何着眼于学生的个性发展、如何激发学生创造潜能、如何帮助学生提高人文修养等一系列关于学生的做人与自我发展的策略性问题放在首要位置,努力倡导并实施“以人为本”的作文教学。主要体现为:要进一步明确学生作文的目的;要进一步突出学生的主体性;要进一步重视学生素材信息库的建立;要进一步构建开放的教学模式;要进一步完善作文评价机制。在具体实施中,可着眼于以下方面:引导学生关注生活、发现自我;创设作文情境,引导学生思辨;作文训练要体现“以人为本”的理念;作文评价要体现“以人为本”的理念。
In the process of composition teaching in high school, a series of strategic issues concerning student’s self-development and self-development should be put in the first place in terms of how to develop student’s individuality, how to inspire students to create their own potential and how to help them improve humanistic accomplishment. And the implementation of “people-oriented” composition teaching. Mainly as follows: To further clarify the purpose of student writing; To further highlight the students’ subjectivity; To further attach importance to the establishment of student material information base; To further build an open teaching model; To further improve the composition evaluation mechanism. In the concrete implementation, we can look at the following aspects: guiding students to pay attention to life and discovering oneself; setting up composition situation to guide students’ thinking; writing training should embody the idea of “people-oriented”; composition evaluation should embody the idea of “people-oriented” .
