运用评价化学品对藻类毒性的标准试验方法,采用计算器拟合法、概率单位法和统计软件SPSS的概率回归过程进行数据处理,由3种统计方法分别得到莠去津对7种藻类生长抑制的96h半数效应浓度(EC50),并由计算器拟合法得到莠去津对7种藻类的24、48、72、96h的EC50。结果表明莠去津对7种藻类均属高毒,对它们的生长抑制效应由强到弱分别为斜生栅藻、柱孢鱼腥藻、莱哈衣藻、菱形藻、普通小球藻、羊角月牙藻和镰形纤维藻,对藻类的毒性与作用持续的时间相关。
The standard test methods for evaluating the toxicity of chemicals to algae were used to process the data by using the method of calculator fitting, probability unit method and the statistical regression software SPSS. Three kinds of statistical methods were respectively used to determine the inhibitory effects of atrazine on the growth of seven algae 96h half effective concentration (EC50), and the EC50 of 24, 48, 72, 96h of atrazine to 7 kinds of algae was obtained by the calculator fitting method. The results showed that atrazine on the seven kinds of algae are highly toxic to their growth inhibitory effect from strong to weak, respectively, Campanulaceae, Anconitum spores Anabaena, Chlamydomonas, Rhodococcus, Chlorella vulgaris, Algae claw and sickle fiber algae, the toxicity of algae and the duration of the role of correlation.
