结合位于南京河西地区的中海·凤凰熙岸商业项目深基坑工程,介绍了该基坑工程的工程概况和总体设计方案,探讨了双圆环支撑体系在软土深大基坑工程的设计与应用。实践及监测数据表明,采用双圆环支撑体系的支护设计方案能较好的控制基坑变形,有利于土方开挖及塔楼结构优先施工,是安全、经济、合理可行的。
Combined with the deep foundation pit project of Zhonghai Fenghuangxi Xi’an commercial project located in Hexi area of Nanjing, the project overview and overall design scheme of the foundation pit project are introduced. The design and application of double ring support system in deep foundation pit project of soft soil application. The practice and monitoring data show that the support design scheme of the double-ring support system can control the deformation of the foundation pit well, which is beneficial to the earth excavation and the preferential construction of the tower structure, which is safe, economical and reasonable.
