目的了解某三甲医院病区辅助人员手卫生现状。方法通过观察和发放调查表掌握病区辅助人员手卫生的执行现状、手卫生相关知识知晓度。结果病区辅助人员岗前接受手卫生培训仅达69.72%,接触患者后手卫生执行率仅为43.89%,接触患者前手卫生执行率为27.08%,两者有明显差异。结论应加强对病区辅助人员手卫生管理,开展岗前手卫生知识宣传和培训,切实提高病区辅助人员手卫生依从性,控制院内感染。
Objective To understand the status quo of hand hygiene in the auxiliary staff of a top three hospital. Methods The questionnaire was used to observe the status quo of hand hygiene and the awareness of hand hygiene related knowledge. Results Only 69.72% of hand hygiene trainings were received by prefabricated assistant staff before hand hygiene, 43.89% of hand hygiene after contact with patients and 27.08% of hand hygiene before contact with patients. There was a significant difference between the two. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen hand hygiene management of assistant staff in ward, carry out propaganda and training of hand hygiene knowledge in front of staff, effectively improve hand hygiene compliance of auxiliary staff in ward and control nosocomial infection.
